Photometric Laboratory NEW PHOTOMETRIC LABORATORY!
Thanks to its new and well equipped laboratory, Light Tec can provide scattering measurements with more possibilities. Light scattering measurements represent the surface characterization of materials, objects or all kind of surface through the light dispersion. We call this light dispersion BRDF for Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function. We can provide measurements from UV to IR.

Portable scatterometer MINI-DIFF® is a compact and portable optical system for scattering characterization: it measures the BRDF (reflection) & BTDF (transmission) of any kind of materials and objects. With its 4 incident beams (0°, 20°, 40°, 60°) the measurement is done at once in a cone of +/- 75°. In one minute you can export your data to any illumination design software via native format or via ASTM/IES text format.
Examples of applications to measure: roughness, defects, as well as types of coatings or paintings and more!
