LightTools® is a complete illumination design software package based on interactive 3D solid modeling, combining full optical accuracy with powerful analysis features. The new Version 7.0 includes very useful backward raytracing capabilities allowing faster calculation and faster optimisation for luminance, illuminance, and intensity . 80 Leds and 120 measured materials have been added to its internal libraries. New graphics have been added to provide better understanding of the design.

Optical engineering group expanding at Light Tec
Reflet has now the ability to measure infra red BSDF . A new set of detector allow to study the near infrared band from 900 to 1700 nm. This new features is very interesting for solar application , for military, laser systems and biomedical applications.
We are pleased to announce you that Quentin Kuperman joined our opticial engineering group. Quentin is an optical engineer graduated from Institut d'Optique in Orsay. He is an experimented CodeV user after working duirng 2 years on HMD designs. Quentin will be specialised on optical design projects.
